When you arrive to the table, you’ll be greeted by some friends on mine and possibly a couple of high school students interested in photography who are volunteering their time for this wonderful cause. They will walk you through forms that need to be filled out. The high school student greeting you will welcome you to our event, and help you choose one of the many locations we will have available to us at the park. When it is time for your session, they may remain with us as my assistant. Because of this, we ask that you arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to your time slot.
All forms will be signed digitally via iPad to eliminate waste material as much as possible. We will fill out contracts and Model Release forms ahead of time with the information from your online registration form (see below). This way when you arrive, you should only have to sign and pick your location!
To help make things move more easily and quickly, I've uploaded the contract and model release form you will be signing below. Please read them now, so that if you have any questions or concerns they can be addressed immediately and you will know what you are signing that morning. You do not have to fill them out now, as you will be signing them the day of the event on my iPad.
Also make sure and fill out the registration questionnaire that was sent to you in your reservation confirmation email or you will not be considered registered and your slot can be given away to those on the waiting list by April 20th.
